Yes, GSO adopts standards issued by international or regional Organizations as needed and in a manner that meets the needs of member states. 

They are obtained in accordance with the sales policy agreed upon with those Organizations, either through the stores of the member state or by referring to the stores of those Organizations. They are purchased if the Organizations sell them, and some of them may be provided free of charge if those Organizations provide them free of charge.
